Privacy Notice

This notice is provided under Article 10 of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) to inform you how personal data you share through mikser.com.tr is processed.

Data we process

When you submit the quote form we process:

• Identity and contact: full name, company, email address, phone number (optional)
• Request details: product of interest, target capacity, your message, the page and language you used
• Transaction security: IP address and time of submission

If you contact us by email or phone instead, we process the contact details and correspondence you share through those channels.

Purposes and legal grounds

• To assess your request, prepare a suitable product and system proposal and contact you: necessary for entering into a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c).
• To keep records of requests and manage the sales process: our legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f).
• To prevent misuse of the form and automated spam and to keep systems secure (IP address and time): our legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f).
• To meet legal obligations and requests from competent authorities: required by law and legal obligation (Art. 5/2-a and 5/2-ç).

How data is collected

Electronically, through the quote form on this website, email and phone.

Transfers

Your data may be shared only for the purposes above with the providers of our website hosting and email infrastructure, to the extent those services require, and with competent public authorities where legally required. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties for marketing. If a service provider is located abroad, transfers follow the conditions of Article 9 of the KVKK.

Retention

Quote requests are kept for as long as needed to assess the request and conduct any resulting business relationship, and for the retention periods set by applicable law; after that they are deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Cookies

The public pages of this website do not use advertising or tracking cookies. A strictly necessary session cookie is used only for authorised users who sign in to the admin panel.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed and request information about it; learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly; know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Turkey or abroad; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request deletion or destruction under Article 7 and notification of these actions to third parties; object to an outcome against you arising solely from automated analysis; and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

Send requests in writing to the address above or by email to info@erkpvcmakine.com.tr together with information that identifies you. Requests are resolved free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on their nature.

Source information stored in your browser

To understand which channels quote requests come from, the campaign tags (UTM), the name of the referring site and the first page you opened on your first visit are kept only in your own browser (localStorage). This information reaches us only when you submit the quote form, together with your request; no cookies are used and it is not shared with third parties. You can remove it at any time by clearing your browser data.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics 4 is used to understand how the site is used. Analytics cookies are activated only if you give consent in the site banner; otherwise Google receives cookieless signals that do not identify you. IP addresses are anonymised by Google, and no advertising or personalisation cookies are used. You can change your choice by clearing your browser data.
