Mikser.com.tr is an Erk PVC Makine brand. The aim is to help anyone looking for a mixer ask the right questions first: which blend, what capacity, what kind of line. The machines on the product pages are designed and built by Erk PVC Makine, and quote and support requests go straight to its engineers.

The surface of a window profile, the wall of a pipe, the flexibility of a cable: all of it is decided in the mixing vessel, before anything reaches the extruder. That is why, since it was founded in 2015, Erk PVC Makine has focused on one question: does every batch come out the same?

We look at the whole line

We treat the mixer as one link in a chain rather than a stand-alone machine, so our range runs from the moment the recipe is weighed to the extruder throat:

• Weighing: computer-controlled gravimetric dosing for powders and liquids.
• Mixing: EPM-H and EPM-V heater–cooler combinations, a laboratory mixer for R&D, plus ribbon, vertical and metallic bonding mixers.
• Conveying: flexible, screw and air feeding to one extruder or several.
• Supporting equipment: blade sets, jet filters, sieves, vacuum and dehumidifying units, bag filling machines.

How a project starts

Catalogue capacities assume a standard profile recipe; if yours is different, so is the right answer. So before proposing a machine we ask what you make, which additives your recipe uses, how many extruders the line must feed and how much floor space you have. Model choice and line layout follow from those answers, and capacity can be adapted when needed.
